I am looking for a reasonably experienced IT Service Desk Analyst with experience of Windows XP and WIndows Office 2002003 for an organisation in Surrey Th esuccessful Helpdesk Support Analysts will be working in an ITIL environment and will be responsible for providing 1st line 2nd line helpdesk support to technical and nontechnical colleagues on their IT systems products and services as part of a team of analysts for calls received over the phone online portal and email You will also be required to provide IT Service Desk Support on a rota basis and ensuring that all calls are accurately logged and handled You will be responsible for making initial diagnoses of problems and advising known solutions where possible The successful IT helpdesk support analyst will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft 200203 Office Suite as well as their bespoke inhouse applications
