My Client a respected a care home based in Suffolk They require a Registered Nurse Manager for this 30 bed 3 star purposes built care home Caring for EMI Dementia residents You will be supervising 25 staff whilst providing a first class care service You will be responsible for the day to day running of the this exquisite care home Ideal candidate will need to be enthusiastic motivated with excellent communicational skills You will be involved in budgeting training and development of staff appraisals staff rotas and report writing This care home has an excellent reputation and a healthy waiting list
Duties will include the day to day running of the home supervising staff managing the budget and ensuring that the residents enjoy the best standard of care
Successful candidates will have a valid Pin Number Registered Managers Award Proven evidence of managing a 30 bed home and experience with Dementia is essential
