We are currently recruiting for a large financial services company based in Watford We are ideally looking for someone who has a background in the insurance sector and has experience in an account handler role
The successful candidate will have good communication skills verbal telephone and written as well as the ability to build a rapport with clients
Duties and responsibilities will include
Prepare and agree any forecasts targets plans and budgets for your respective area of work in order to establish clear work targets
Responsible for achievement of all forecasts plans programmes and budgets in your respective area of work
To actively participate in the firms Performance Appraisal system by agreeing business and personal development goals on a yearly basis and participating in the quarterly review process
