This is a superb opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding organisation based on Milton Park in Oxfordshire My client are looking for a highly personable organised and motivated individual to join them ASAP to assist them with looking after samples for the whole of Europe Additional European languages would be beneficial but fluent French is 100 essential
This busy role will include
Answering the telephone fax and postal enquires enquiries from existing and potential customers efficiently
Ensuring all customer calls are handled within agreed timescales
Log information on calls received and maintain detailed and accurate records through CRM system
Identify opportunities to upsell during customer interaction
Process orders return and credit note requests
Effectively manage customer relationships
Prioritise workload and organise own time so that deadlines are met
