RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ASSISTANT RETAIL STORE BRANCH DEPUTY MANAGER
Responsible not accountable for the stores performance
You will be responsible for driving sales through KPI management
Merchandise the store to company standards
Dealing with cash office duties and safe
Managing and motivating staff
Dealing heavily with large deliveries
