A leading FM Services company requires an engineer to mobilise a team and deliver hard facility management services at a large healthcare site up until handover and including the settling in period of the TUPE transferring staff Ensure the required level of performance is achieved and maintained and that budgets are adhered to Provide leadership during the mobilisation phases of the contract including recruitment and training of the FM team and development of the relationship with clients and customers
You will need the following Engineering degree or equivalent formal apprenticeship within relevant discipline HV Authorised Medical Gases Authorised Hard services background within large organisation Managing large groups of staff Extensive background in similar role having been responsible for a variety of clients and contracts Analytical ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills
