My client is seeking a target driven individual who is able to deliver excellent customer service within the housing industry
Previous experience as a Housing Options Coordinator is required
Car driver essential Parking provided
37hours a week Monday Friday
900 per hour
Reporting to the Housing Options Manager your duties will be to
Shortlist nominations from the local authorities
Monitoring the CBLChoice Based Lettings website
Assessing tenants over the phone to ensure they comply with the housing policy Identifying vulnerable customers who may need additional support
Arranging and assisting in the viewings of the properties with the tenants
Monitoring the quality of ready to let properties
You will have knowledge of tenancy terms and conditions allocations and lettings as limited training will be provided Geographical knowledge of the Chelmsford area is key
