Our client is a prestigious group of four unique hotels in Bournemouth and Poole with a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants water sports fun family entertainment and relaxing spas they are looking to recruit a Central Reservations Sales Manager for these stunning four properties to be based in Bournemouth
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Revenue Manager and individual hotel managers to exceed budget and increase hotel occupancy
As Central Reservations Sales Manager Your key responsibilities for this role would be
Manage and motivate a team of 7 reservation personnel
Oversee various hotel booking websites along with all seasonal special offers
Account manage the Local Corporate Rates
Upsell all additional products to include water sports and sailing
Attend regular revenue and yield meetings
Complete all RFPs Request For Pricing for the group
