Here is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter to work for a highly successful Michelin Bib Gourmand Awarded Restaurant based in the West London area
Duties
To ensure that restaurant staffs maintain the restaurant bar and dining rooms to the required standard at all times
To train supervise and assist all waiters and commis waiters
To provide excellent customer service and assist managers in the running and development of the restaurant
To ensure staff are efficient in upselling and creating extra revenue through sales to tables in the restaurant
To maintain high level of morale of all staff
