Working within a busy insurance company compliancequality unit The job holder is responsible for measuring monitoring and feeding back on the quality of service provision accuracy and regulatory adherence in Underwriting Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Call monitoring live and recorded measuring adherence to standard operating procedures
Quality assuring manual processing reconciling input to supplied paperwork and instructions
Quality assuring electronic processing ensuring standard operating procedures are being followed and prevent mishandling errorwarning messages
Ensuring that Fraud Technicians are adhering to standard operating procedures and in particular the special rules around the DPA plus prevent misuse of special privileges afforded to them by the DPA
Monitoring accounts query resolution with particular focus on adherence to authority levels and reporting on trend analysis
Trend analysis on quality issues reporting to UW Operations Management team...
