We are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to work in Cheadle to cover Maternity for approx 12 months This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an International client who is recognised Internationally
Duties will include
Accountable for full HR processes
Dealing with Disciplinarys Consultations and redundancies
Responsible for all processes of recruitment ie liaising with managers dealing with recruitment agencys producing interview plans creating job specs sending letters our to applicants and having a pro active approach in interviewing potential candidates
Investigations for disciplinarys and making legal decisions regarding staff etc
Completing all general administration duties
Candidates Must
Have senior experience as a Senior HR OfficerManager covering a generalist role
Have very strong communication and listening skills
Be capable of coming into a new role and picking things up very quickly with limited training...
