Key purpose of the role
To manage a Contact Centre within one of our functional areas
Lead develop and inspire your management team and site to deliver One Contact Resolution and a fantastic customer experience
Balance customer satisfaction and the cost of resolution to the business
To create and maintain a high performance culture through robust performance management of team managers advisors and suppliers both up and downstream
Demonstrates an understanding of the people impact on the Business Finance and the customer
Advocates and encourages working across other DC units and the wider CS as part of our contingency planning
To drive down operating costs whilst improving service delivery
Personally setting a professional tone and manner within their centre through leading by example and being open honest and clear in all communications
