An IT Support Assistant is required by my client who are a very successful law firm with offices across the UK
The Role of IT Support Assistant
This busy role will involve joining the Support team and being the initial point of contact between the users and the rest of the Support team resolving simple support issues along the way You will ensure that support calls are handled effectively escalated where necessary and informing the user of the status of their query You will maintain the support ticket system and undertake basic troubleshooting You will assist in the routine maintenance of both hardware and software and will carry out daily routine checks where youll have to flag up potential problems to the IT Manager
