The successful Senior Chef de Partie will be capable of working on all sections and have a flair for good quality cuisine using the finest local fresh ingredients
The restaurant has 80 covers and a private dining room for 30
It is essential that the Chef de Partie has previous AA Rosette experience gained in a busy kitchen
This position would suit someone looking to make the next step up with aspirations to become a Junior Sous in due course
As Senior Chef de Partie you can expect a salary in the region of 17 18000
Accommodation is available for the right person
During the summer you will do 4 splits and 1 straight shift in winter you will do 3 splits and 2 straights...
