Working within the Production Team and reporting to the Production Supervisor the Production Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for maintaining Company customer quality

Key Tasks
Carry out work priorities as directed by the Supervisor maximising Due Date Conformance without compromising Quality
Ensure Quality levels are maintained through patrolauditing and routine inspection to ensure conformance with CompanyCustomer Quality standards and Process Control
Supporting the SupervisorDeputies to meet zero defects Investigating identifying and rectifyng root causes of nonconformance Attending Defect reviews as required
Ensure any deviation of CompanyCustomer Quality Standards is only acceptable inconjunction with a signed concession Shop Packet
Carr out First Article InspectionFirst off and Final Release of product to Companycustomer requirements and specifications using comparator where applicable
