Working for a well established Facilities Management Maintenance company You will be responsible for a blend of ME Facilities Maintenance contracts with an approximate value of 1M They will be well known blue chip commercial contracts which will consist of mechanical and electrical elements including air conditioning commercial gas and lighting power You will be responsible for a small team of administrators and several multidisplined engineers You will be required to work to KPIs and in line with SLAs THe client sites will be from Birmingham to North West London You will have a proven history in a simlar role and will ideally come from an engineering background A good basic and package is on offer...
