Our client a leading infrastructure Contractor requires an experienced General Foreman on contract to help deliver a high profile Urban Regeneration Scheme in Central London The project includes landscaping laying of high quality paving new streetlighting and new fountains and water features
As General Foreman you will have full responsibility for the Management and smooth running of the project including
Managing the workforce and subcontractors on site
Producing and managing all site paperwork
Liaising with Senior Management conducting weekly onsite progress meetings
Embracing partnership principals with the client
An ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential
o Including extensive residence Liaison
o Coordination of stakeholders including
Extensive Programming experience site access restricted at certain hours
