Our Client is a wellknown catering solutions company and they require a Catering Manager Chef Manager to work at a leading School in the Bristol area The Catering Manager Chef Manager will be Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Catering Operation
Primary Responsibilities
To manage the production and service of high quality food while operating
within an agreed budget
To recruit personnel for the operation when vacancies arise ensuring that costs do not exceed those stated in the budget
To issue Job descriptions to all staff
To ensure that all staff receive full induction training before commencing work
To insure that all staff are treated equally
To identify the training needs of all staff
To implement company training policies and procedures
To liaise with Company Directors Operations Manager to compile and implements training plans
