Our client based in Peterborough is looking for an experience Quality Assurance Technician to support the Manager in maintaining product safety quality and legality of all products and processes You will be supporting and advising production operatives on technical issues investigating and solving quality and support hygiene supervisor in resolving hygiene issues maintain and carry out quality analyse data and provide information for improvement to include rejections non conformances QUID performance customer complaints etc You need to be able to positively communicate Technical and Quality issues and updates to the business investigate any microbiological overspecs manage and control all internal systems and support the Quality Manager in participating in all external factory visits
To be suitable for this role you need to have 5 years experience within the quality assurance technical field have a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certifcate experience of HACCP being a member ...
