The Telesales Executive role is a Monday to Friday position based in Manchester responsible for outbound new business to maintain and grow customers whilst achieving set targets
Key Duties include
Prospecting customers via outbound calls
Ensuring all data is captured and maintained to departmental standards
Providing superb customer service
Producing accurate paperwork in line with company guidelines and company requirements
