We have a new and exciting position for an experienced Claims Investigator to join a busy Special Claims Unit based in Milton Keynes
The Claims Investigator role involves considering and organising the investigation of files referred to the unit due to fraud concerns working with the external legal and investigative partners
Primarily the role is to
Assess incoming referrals from mainstream handlers and cases referred through the AntiFraud Database to identify cases which require investigation from a fraud perspective
Decide on the investigations required and arrange those investigations with external partners
Manage a portfolio of such cases
Establish good working relationships with our specialist antifraud legal partners
Use good judgement in deciding tactics and strategy on claims under investigation
