This is position is for a very busy and well established main dealer site within the area so the individual must be a proven car sales manager with a solid career history You will be overseeing a busy sales department overseeing 8 Sales Executives 2 Business Managers and Reception Administration staff while reporting directly to the General Manager
Your remit will be to achieveexceed set targets improve CS scores manage a settled sales team and deliver reports on the department as and when needed
You must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of both New Used Vehicles sales and bring a process driven attitude
