A fantastic opportunity to work with one of the umbrella companies of a major High Street Bank Our client is a well respected High Street Bank who is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Executive
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be working in a highly motivated and customer focused team providing customers with quotations then through effective follow up to orders You will be required to provide accurate detailed and timely reports to clients as required and to work towards growing the customer database to fully capitalize on all available sales opportunities whilst working to achieve preset targets
The role may involve supporting and coaching other team members and being involved in project work
