My client a retail organisation has a requirement for an HR Manager to join their organisation for a period of 5 months to cover the Christmas period
This role requires candidates with previous retail experience and who have extensive experience in recruitment You will manage the recruitment process for all new staff over the Xmas period
You will also be providing advice to senior managers on all Employee Relations issues and coordinating the admin of all grievance and disciplinary issues
The main aim of the role will be to provide day to day management for the Head Office Admin Customer Services HR function
