Project Accountant required to work for Utilities Company based in Central London
Key responsibilities will include
Direct responsibility for European regions
Liaising with local contacts in the regions to understand regulatory filings and requirements
Assist in the preparation of consolidation templates at to prepare templates to show post merger position of the entities
Provide stakeholders with historic information
Liaise with the tax and legal teams to ensure following set compliance regulations
You will be a fully qualified accountant ACAACCACIMA with a strong Utilities background and have good knowledge of UK GAAPIFRS
Assist the manager in drafting the UK GAAPIFRS accounting memo for regions and obtain auditor sign off
