Your post will be supernumerary

At least 2 years experienced as a Care Home Manager
NVQ 4 RMA LMC or equivalent
Excellent leaderships skills with proven experience managing from above
You will know how to deliver exceptional standards in line with company and CQC guidelines
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit
