The Front of House and Facilities Manager is part of the Front of House FOH team and reports to the Head of Operations The post has responsibility for the smooth running of the museum building to ensure a safe environment and a high quality visitor experience and for duty management of the Front of House operation including our team of volunteers
Develop implement and monitor the Museums Maintenance Plan including managing external contractors on a daytoday basis
Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring and maintaining all security systems including locks electronic alarm systems surveillance systems key control and incident reporting Keep clear records for audit purposes Liaise with police fire and community safety teams concerning security and issues such as vandalism
