IT Customer Service Administrator
IS Recruitment are looking to attract an IT Customer Service Administrator to work for our global client based in Warrington Cheshire The role is paying a salary of initially 15000 per annum
Duties
Ensure all calls are answered professionally promptly and that firstclass customer care is provided at all times
Ensure all repair requests In WarrantyOut of Warranty are processed timely through the internal systems efficiently and accurately following the process work instructions
Ensure all dialogue with customer is updated accurately in the internal systems
Ensure all collections of units are arranged per customer requested dates
Ensure delivery of units are in line with customer requested dates
Ensure any requests from Repair Engineers are processed within 46 working hours on receipt of notification
