Job role will include
Assist the Sales Manager in coaching the sales team in product systems and sales skills to improve quality of sales and sales results
To quality check Sales Consultants to ensure the highest standard of company compliance are being adhered to
To set action plans for Consultants who are under achieving
To motivate Consultants who achieving and excelling to keep doing so by setting challenges and incentives
To coach Consultants on a regular basis to establish any training needs
Walking the floor to answer any queries from Consultants
Take overflow sales calls from prospective customers
