Our client is a well renowned and respected car dealership group and a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to assist the Service team based in Carlisle Working within the prestigious MercedesBenz brand you will be employed in a Temporary capacity for 23 months and the salary is circa 15K pro rata
You will ideally come from a motor trade background otherwise your CV needs to show excellent customer service and administration experience from within a corporate environment Knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable
Responsibilities include
Displaying a welcoming and professional manner to customers both face to face and over the telephone
Producing job cards and carrying out Service Department administrative tasks
Being a good team player who can assist the Service Adviser at peak times
Good IT skills and keeping customer details updated
Handling invoices and warranty claims
