YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Experience in a HR support role
Able to produce letters and contracts thoroughly
Provide advice to managers and employees
Maintain employee records accurately
Produce monthly reports to the board
Have experience dealing with maternity and paternity leave queries
Handle queries from managers
Recruitment support
Administration duties relating to maternity recruitment retirement disciplinary and grievances
