Audio Typist required for newly opened law firm in Liverpool
The role is to work within a small team providing audio typing and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Defendant department based in Liverpool
This role will involve the candidate carrying out audio typing and some secretarial duties for differing fee earners and Partners as and when required The successful candidate will also be required to open new files onto the case management system on a daily basis and undertake some administration duties Therefore the successful candidate must be willing to be flexible adaptable and someone who enjoys variety
We are looking for someone who has
Proven recent experience minimum of 2 years in a legal audio typist role preferably in Personal Injury
Excellent audio typing skills using diGITal dictation
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of using a case management system preferably Solcase
Excellent computer and data entry skills
