The Business
This high quality steak house style operation combines finest traditional Scottish style cuisine with family favourites As with many businesss in this area the business can be seasonal very high volume in the summer doing 500 covers at busy times
Responsibilities as Head Chef include
Fully responsible for the entire kitchen operation
Maintaining driving consistently high standards of produce
Recruitment Training of junior members of staff
Daily Stock Control ordering
Responsible for all KPI targets such as GP environmental health issues menu design etc
The ideal Head Chef will
Have experience in a similarly high quality operation
Possess a passion and knowledge for food
Be driven and focussed on first class standard...
