My client is recruiting for a Sous Chef for the main restaurant
Responsibilities as Sous Chef include
Under the guidance of the Exec Head Chef you will be reponsible for the main kitchen
Maintaining driving consistently high standards of produce to a 5 star standard
Recruitment and training of full brigade
Daily Stock Control ordering for your area
Input into all areas of kitchen management inc all KPI targets such as GP environmental health issues menu design etc
