Wellestablished building services provider in the Coventry area looking to recruit a Resident Engineer to provide full electrical support on a busy site
Carrying out planned reactive maintenance including Faultfinding on control panels and distribution boards emergency lighting electrical testing fire alarm test inspection PAT Testing desirable but not essential and faultfinding via BMS Controls systems and airconditioning would be an advantage
CRB Clearance will be required due to sensitivity of the site which the client would be happy to carry out
You will be electrically biased with 16th17th Edition and relevant building services maintenance experience with an apprenticeship or with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role...
