We are currently looking for a highly experienced Housing Officer with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer service to join our team and provide a high standard of housing management for a specific portfolio of our properties It will be your responsibility to be a visible presence in our housing neighbourhoods and utilise the sessional office base in Corby once a week whilst also directing customers to appropriate agencies and services for support You will deal effectively with AntiSocial Behaviour Harassment and Domestic Violence and work in partnership with other agencies to support our tenants or take legal action if required You will help deliver the local offer1...
