Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Location: Basildon,Essex

We are looking for a mobile electrical biased with mechanical and electrical building services maintenance experience of heating plant HVAC equipment booster pumps valves etc
You would need to a have a full UK driving licence and be able to travel around the from Southend to Basildon area
The properties you would be maintaining are large commercial buildings and university campus
You would be expected to attend breakdowns and fault find on all types of mechanical and electrical and HVAC related problems
You must have some form of engineering qualification and be experienced in building services maintenance
The company will provide a van or estate car uniform fuel card parking expenses and tools We would expect you to have a minimum set of your own hand tools
There is a callout and standby rota and plenty of opportunity for overtime
There is a immediate start on this job and the opportunity to work on a temp to perm basis via the agency
