Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a Payroll HR Administrator for their busy site in East London

OVERALL ROLE
To provide an efficient and effective payroll service to all employees across the company
To assist in administrative duties within the Human Resources department as directed by the HR Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Payroll duties 50
To input monthly payroll data in our payroll system Earnie in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations
To process and monitor all staffing changes including starters transfers leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements
To input calculate and record sickness maternity and paternity payments both statutory and contractual
To process relevant ad hoc monthly annual Inland Revenue forms including P45 P46 P35 etc and file online with the Inland Revenue
To prepare information to assist in the provision of information to external agenc...
