Our client is a nationwide leader in visitor attractions and are seeking a food and beverage supervisor to further increase and improve the catering facilities at their site
You do not need to have direct chef experience to be successful in this role however you do need to have a passion for great customer service and for maximising the experience of the customer You will be passionate about food and its presentation and be creative in the way in which you market and sell their produce
The ideal candidate will additionally bring the following qualities to the role
Supervisory experience in a catering environment
A basic food hygiene certificate
Enthusiastic
Customer focussed
A people person
Good team work skills
Due to the remote nature of this site owning your own transport would be advantageous
