An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to join their dynamic commercial department to work on several new developments across the West Midlands
The role
Due to recent land acquisitions and increase in housing demand our client a market leading house builder requires an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their already established team
Typically you will be running 23 developments over 100 units worth between 500000 and 100 million reporting directly to the Commercial Manager
This is ideal for any candidates seeking a progressive role as our client is looking for the right person to be promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor within a few years
Requirements
A degree or formal qualification would be advantageous
