Is looking to recruit an ambitious Sous Chef to join their small and vibrant brigade
You will be joining a Head Chef who has worked for some of most reputable establishments in the North of England
All the food is freshly prepared and executed to a high standard With the right brigade the restaurant will be chasing after accolades for the food
The menu is quintessentially British with Modern influences The successful candidate with have influence and input into developing the menu You would be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chefand also having expertise to work across all sections of the Kitchen proven experience in staff development stock control and maintaining gross profit margin
