We are delighted to be recruiting a Sales Administrator for our client located in Witham Based in a small yet friendly office you will be responsible for managing key accounts and upselling of products
Duties will include
Processing sales orders and following the process through from start to finish
Dealing with order queries ie delivery dates or stock amendments
Developing relationships with existing clients
Account management
Processing purchase orders
Ensuring clients requirements are met through regular contact via phone and email
All administration including letter writing sending out quotations and general adhoc duties
