Duties Include Organising and Running Dinners Organising and Running Breakfasts all for around 3030 people There will be NO computer work this will be dealt with by the Senior FB Supervisor
There will be a lot of floor work making sure everything is running smoothly
They must be hard work and able to hit the ground running
This will be shift work and weekends will be involved Shift times Early 630am till 3pm4pm Lates 3pm till 11pm12pm
The successful candidate will be required to work longer hours if there are evening functions
Previous experience of supervising at a Hotel Golf Club Restaurant etc
Live In is available at a cost of 150 per month this will come directly off the salary should the successful candidate chose to do this
