This is a seasonal and locally sourced menu of outstanding quality which requires a personable and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead its front of house operation You must be passionate about fine fresh seasonal food and in providing guests with an outstanding level of front of house service Experience ranging from Head Waiter through to Restaurant Supervisor will be considered
The salary is 15000 plus tips tip are estimated to be in the region of 6k per year
