Junior Sous Chef required to complete the team at this Busy Luxury Hotel and Conference Centre located close to Northampton The Hotel has a variety of dining venues from a modern Brasserie Private Dining and extensive Wedding Suites
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience in busy hotel ideally with Rosette experience If you can demonstrate a natural flair for cooking ideally with strengths in Larder or Pastry but must be overall enthusiastic and keen to help the team maintain and improve standards
As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to organise juniors ensuring daily prep lists and supervising Commis and or Demi chefs depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas
