Sous Chef required to complete the team at this Country Hotel on the outskirts of Norwich looking to achieve 1 2 rosettes for its fine dining Restaurant
Our client is looking for a good allrounder with at least 4 years stable experience ideally with a couple of years in rosette awarded kitchens
As Sous Chef you would be expected to contribute menu ideas for the restaurant currently serving 666 fine dining menu Menu of the Day daily and have experience of Weddings and functions for 100 guests
