Head Chef required for this fast paced Brasserie and Wine Bar Located in Birmingham Our Client has a large Restaurant which will regularly serve upto 100 covers
As Head Chef you must be capable of maintaining the current menus and have the technical skill required to develop new ideas encouraging locals to try new dishes and must have a genuine interest in further developing the business
This may be an ideal first head chef position but you must have at least 4 5 years experience leading by example it will be your responsibility to ensure all menus are correctly costed and all staff are trained correctly and cleaning schedules are followed etc
