We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to provide a high level of service within this high profile Hotel and Restaurant
The role will be to manage a small team of Restaurant staff in the preparation of their areas for service
To provide guests with a warm welcome and to serve food and liquor in an efficient effective and wellmannered way Advising guests as and when required regarding Menu content Wine List and complementary wines etc
To train and review standards achieved to ensure consistent delivery of product in all service areas
To ensure that the Restaurant area is always kept to a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with the Hygiene Regulations
You will be responsible for Breakfast and Lunch services only with a sitting of 50200 people per service
