Our client are a busy and thriving Domiciliary and Health Care Recruitment Company They are currently looking for a Branch Manager for their office in the Kendal Due to expansion within the organisation they are now in a position to open a new domiciliary care desk in Kendal after an office relocation to larger and newly refurbished offices
The Role
The recruitment and training of staff
Ensuring that care standards are met
Managing the existing hours of care
Expanding the already well established domiciliary service and generate other income streams
Management of the staff
The Person
You will have previous experience of managing a Domiciliary Care Branch or social Care Recruitment agency The successful candidate will be ambitious and confident with the determination to excel You will also need either the NVQ 4 RMA or LMC
