We are recruiting for an experienced Night Porter to work in a beautiful hotel in the Cheltenham area As the Night Porter your role will be to ensure that operations run smoothly during the night
As the Night Porter you will greet and check in guests upon arrival and assist with luggage as necessary cover the service of late night food and drink set up conference rooms when required carry out and complete the night audit and security checks ensure that the guests needs are seen to throughout the night and carry out any necessary cleaning duties
As the Night Porter you must have a calm helpful personality with an unflustered approach to customer queries and be confident to work on your own initiative and you must have worked as a hotel night porter previously
You will work on average 42 hours per week working 9pm 9am based on a 4 on 3 off and 3 on 4 off rota as my client believes in a worklife balance
